Hello People!
We have to collect our racepack, so might as well meet up for lunch as well. heehee! Non-runners are also invited to this dinner also, but they will miss out all the collection-fun.
DATE : 23rd January 2011, Sunday
TIME: Meet 11am.
VENUE: at Bukit Batok MRT Control Station
The collection is at Velocity @ Novena Square, which is not really that accessible for us. We will have dinner there as well.
Runners has to bring along with them
- Confirmation Slip which are being mailed to them already.
- ID card for verification purposes
- Samson, Jiaguang, Weesheng, Luyee take note: For participants below 21 years of age, please bring along the indemnity form signed by your parent or guardian. A copy of the form can be downloaded here. (I've emailed for Joan, Austin, Preben, Jeffrey & Myself. There is no need for Chanseng, Howkiat & Jinfa as they will be above 21 by then.)
- For representatives collecting the Entry Pack on behalf of their family or friends, please fill up and bring along the letter of authorisation. A copy of the authorisation letter can be downloaded here.
What if you couldn't attend / collect on that day ?
Either
1. you collect yourself on the 22nd January 2011 from 11am - 8pm at Velocity @ Novena Square
or
2. you authorise someone else to collect on your behalf .

Authorising another person to collect your Entry Pack
- If you are unable to collect your Entry Pack personally during the 2 days, you may authorise another person to collect the Entry Pack for you.
- He/she will need to have the following documents in order to collect on your behalf:
- Completed and signed authorisation form. A copy of the authorisation form can be downloaded here.
- A copy/photocopy of the runner’s identification card for verification
- Representative’s identification card for recording purposes
- Authorised collection is strictly on a 1-to-1 basis i.e. 1 person can only collect on behalf for one runner.
- Collection of Entry Packs after the Race Expo will not be entertained.

PS: I, Zhaoliang, will be overseas from 09jan to 22jan despite meeting on the 23rd so... during these dates before my return, don't be stupid, call me overseas, waste your money, waste my money, end of the month, you headache, i headache, you hate me and i hate you. Oh and this applies for Preben, Eric and Austin as well.
